Sirolimus is a non-calcineurin inhibiting immunosuppresant drug given prophylactically to prevent organ rejection in kidney allograft recipients.


BTS guidelines do not suggest a target range, for interpretation please contact the appropriate clinical team looking after the patient for further information


An additional consideration is that mistiming of sampling in relation to medication can cause unexpected high/low levels of sirolimus and are not true trough levels.
