General Information: This molecular biology test is to identify mutations at DNA level in the entire coding region and splicing sites of TP53 gene, with a limit of detection at 20% variant allele frequency.

Sample requirement: 7 -10 ml peripheral blood or 1 - 3ml of bone marrow aspirate in EDTA tube to be transferred at ambient temperature to the lab within 48 hours of sampling, between 8:30 am and 5:00pm from Monday and Friday, except public holidays.
